From spark to working system.
A lot of projects begin as a spark: a need, a half-built workflow, a product idea, a room concept, a tool someone keeps wishing existed. The useful work starts when that spark is given enough structure to become real.

Good structure protects imagination.
Structure is not the enemy of creative work. It keeps the idea from leaking out in every direction. It creates room for better decisions because the project has a center: a reason, an audience, a constraint, and a next step.
That is why New Era treats requirements, naming, support language, documentation, and release paths as part of the craft. They are not background chores. They are the pieces that help a project survive contact with real use.
