A New Era account lets you use signed-in features such as saved GNI conversations and account support. Keep your sign-in details private, use accurate contact information, and contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission.

No professional advice

GNI is a practical conversation and reflection tool. It can help you sort a situation, prepare a next step, or save useful context when you are signed in. GNI is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, mental health, emergency, or other professional advice.

Saved information

If you create an account or send us a note, we may store the information needed to provide the account, support the request, protect the service, and keep records of your consent. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to request deletion.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to bypass security, submit harmful material, impersonate someone else, interfere with the service, or use New Era systems for unlawful activity.

Studio content

The site, GNI surfaces, project pages, writing, images, design, and software materials are owned by New Era Studios or used with permission. Do not copy, resell, or present them as your own without written permission.

Availability and changes

We may update, pause, change, or remove site features when needed for safety, reliability, legal reasons, or studio direction. If the Terms materially change, new account acceptance may be requested before continued use of signed-in account features.
